Black of Fort Covington and John Tavernier of Burke were married at St. Mary's Church here Saturday morning, Octover 19. The bridce was dressed in a pale blue suit with hat to match. The bridesmaid wore a gray suit with hat to match. Their attendants were the bride's sister and brother-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Frank Snyder of Massena. Guests at the wedding were neices and nephews of the bride and Mr. Tavernier's sister, Mrs. Anna Amord, as well as his nieces and nephews. After the wedding the couple and their attendants departed for a trip to Rome and Hamilton, N.Y. They will make their home in Fort Covington on the bride's farm. |
