Clorida (Claudia, Clarida) Allard The Chateaugay Record, Friday, March 23, 1945 Burke Woman Agede [sic] 74 Dies. Mrs. Claudia (Allard) Tavernier, Tavernia, aged 74, died at her home in Burke this morning at 6 o'clock. She had been in failing health since early autumn. Born in Beauharnois, Quebec, on April 10,1871, she was united in marriage to John Tavernia, Chateaugay, in 1898. The couple moved to Burke in 1900 where they have since resided. Mrs. Tavernia was a member of St. George's church, Burke. Surviving besides her husband are three daughters, Cora and Eva of New York City, and Mary, of Syracuse; and three sons, John, of Florida; Armand, Buffalo; and Phil who resides at the homestead in Burke.
